On Veteran’s Day, November 11th, we will honor and pay tribute to those who have served our country. Lombard's Veteran's Day Blood Drive will take place on Wednesday, November 11, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., at Yorktown Shopping Center outside of Von Maur, and will then move to the First Church of Lombard, at 220 S. Residents wishing to pay tribute to a Veteran in their life may now do so through the DuPage County Veteran Portal. Visit www.dupageco.org/veteran to create an Honor Post, where you can add a photo and a written tribute, to honor a friend or relative that has served our country.
