As a reminder, Village administrative offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 1st, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Offices will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd.
Waste Management: Labor Day
Waste Management services will be delayed by one day the week of Labor Day. If you are scheduled for Monday service, your garbage will be picked up on Tuesday, and so on. Lombard Police Reminds Drivers to Buckle Up and Drive Sober
The Lombard Police Department is participating in a statewide Labor Day traffic safety campaign. Officers are focusing on impaired and distracted driving, speeding and seat belt use to help keep the community safe throughout the holiday weekend. Residents are encouraged to drive safely, plan ahead and always use a designated driver if alcohol, cannabis or any other substance that affects your ability to drive will be involved.
