The Village’s contractor, Brothers Asphalt Paving, will begin work on the asphalt resurfacing project on Tuesday, July 16th. The project includes grinding the existing asphalt to prepare for a thin overlay, followed by the placement of the final surface layer within approximately one week. The work areas include Maple (west of Finley Road), Vance Street, Ash & Willow Streets (east of Finley), and Edson (from Maple to Hickory).
Flaggers will be on-site to assist drivers through the construction zones. Drivers are advised to slow down, watch for workers on the road, and use alternate routes when possible.
