As a condition of removing trash and/or invasive species from a trail or park, I/we recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks or physical injury and I/we agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with my/our volunteering.
I/We agree to waive and relinquish all claims that I/we may have as a volunteer in the project against the Village of Lombard, the County of DuPage, and the Lombard Park District, including their respective elected officials, employees, agents, successors and assigns.
I/We do hereby fully release and discharge the Village of Lombard, the County of DuPage, and the Lombard Park District, including their respective elected officials, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss which I/we may have or which may accrue to me/us on account of my/our volunteering.
I/We do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Village of Lombard, the County of DuPage, and the Lombard Park District, including their respective elected officials, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses sustained by me/us and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my/our volunteering.
I/We have read and fully understand the above Waiver and Release of All Claims.
