I’m moving in to/out of Lombard. What do I need to do to set up/cancel water services?

If you are moving into Lombard, fill out the Move Into Lombard form.  If you are moving out of Lombard, fill out the Move Out of Lombard. Give ample notice for a final reading; a week is preferred. Please provide the new owner's name to be added to the account.
