Property taxes

Lombard Property Taxes

Lombard residents have recently received their DuPage County Property Tax bills in the mail.

The percentage of property taxes paid to the Village of Lombard is less than 7.5% of the total tax bill, meaning that less than 8 cents of every dollar paid in property taxes will go to the Village. The Village’s portion will go toward funding core services including public safety provided by Police and Fire Departments; road, sewer, and water maintenance from Public Works; building and code enforcement from Community Development, and responsible long term financial planning from the Finance Department.
