Village of Lombard: Upcoming Public Hearings

January 27 Plan Commission Meeting - 7:00 PM at Village Hall

• PC 24-15: Conditional use for motor vehicle sales and service - 434 E. North Avenue (continued from 12/16/24 Plan Commission meeting)
• PC 25-01: Variation to allow 9 dwelling units - 227 S. Westmore-Meyers Road
• PC 25-02: Text amendment - Electric vehicle parking and director title
• PC 25-03: Text amendment - Clear line of sight areas

Public Comment
All persons desiring to comment on the proposed requests will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and will be distributed to the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals and the petitioner if received at the Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL, prior to the public hearing. Interested parties are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
