June 19th Plan Commission Meeting
- PC 23-12: 109 S Main Street, variance/site plan approval for proposed wall signage
- PC 23-13: 2001 S Highland Avenue (Sonesta Suites), rezoning, Comp Plan amendment, variances for proposed conversion of extended-stay hotel into apartments
- PC 23-14: 1005 N Rohlwing Road (Crash Champions), variance for two freestanding signs
- PC 23-15: 530 E North Avenue (Shahi Banquets), variances for setbacks and transitional yards for addition to existing building
- PC 23-16: Village-wide, text amendment to amend design requirements for attached garages on single-family homes
- PC 23-17: 999 N Garfield Street and 1051 N Garfield Street, conditional use for off-site parking lot
Public Comment
All persons desiring to comment on the proposed requests will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and will be distributed to the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals and the petitioner if received at the Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL, on or before ten days prior to the public hearing. Interested parties are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
