- PC 23-11: Village Wide, text amendments to revise sections of the Zoning Code related to the dictionary version, front entry garages, and accessible access ramps and stairs
- PC 23-10: 938 E. St. Charles Road, conditional use and variance for an expansion of the gas station convenience store and front canopy over the gas pumps
- PC 23-09: 820 Parkview Blvd, conditional use for an outside service area (children's play area at a therapy office)
May 24th Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
- ZBA 23-05: 222 N. Craig Place, variance for a new garage (open space and setback)
Public Comment
All persons desiring to comment on the proposed requests will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and will be distributed to the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals and the petitioner if received at the Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Avenue, Lombard, IL, on or before ten days prior to the public hearing. Interested parties are also encouraged to attend the public hearing.
