Yorktown Reserve Project

Yorktown Reserve is a proposed multi-family and commercial project at the vacant Carson's retail building.  This project is proposed with approximately 621 apartment units, a park, and retail.  The project is scheduled to appear before the Plan Commission on February 20, 2023 to request zoning entitlements.
