Horton Summit at Yorktown Subdivision Project

The Village Board recently approved zoning and economic development entitlements for the DR Horton Summit at Yorktown Subdivision – a 90-unit townhome project at 4-44 Yorktown Center (northwest corner of Grace Street and Yorktown Ring Road/Yorktown Convenience Center). 
 
DR Horton has closed on the property.  Construction fencing was placed on the property and the demolition permit was released.  Demolition work will begin shortly with site work (grading and laying of underground utilities) will follow shortly thereafter.
