Golf social update

2022 Update


The developer has made site layout changes to Lot 1 (the gas station, car wash, and retail/restaurant).  The land uses will remain the same.  These changes require an amendment to the existing planned development.  As such, Lot 1 is scheduled for a Plan Commission public hearing on July 18, 2022.
