In anticipation of a potential State move to Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois Plan, where capacity limits may be eliminated as early as June 11th, the Village is pleased to announce that planning for summer community events is currently underway. Absent further State COVID-19 restrictions, the Village plans to host the Fourth of July Fireworks on Sunday, July 4th at Madison Meadow Park. The following weekend, the Village plans to welcome back Cruise Nights Car Shows and Summer Concerts to downtown Lombard on Saturday, July 10th. To help make up for a later start, this year’s lineup has been extended, with the event scheduled for Saturday, September 4th, allowing for 9 Cruise Night Car Shows and Summer Concert events on 9 consecutive Saturday evenings.
