Update: Sponsorship opportunities closed for 2023

The 2023 Lombard’s Cruise Nights and Summer Concerts Series will kick off its 24th season this June, with 10 live outdoor concerts on Saturday evenings in downtown Lombard, in conjunction with a large display of unique and antique cars. This renowned annual event draws 500 - 1,000+ attendees on a weekly basis throughout the summer and has become the hallmark of Saturday nights in downtown Lombard.

Our sponsorship opportunities are designed to help you increase visibility for your business and expand opportunities to connect with the community through event promotions and engagement. 

Presenting $5,000 Sponsorship - Includes All Season Events: 

• Exclusive naming rights for the 2023 Cruise Nights season
• Social media and direct marketing opportunities
• Logo and link featured on Village social media and Cruise Nights Facebook page (reaching 17,900+ followers)
• Featured on all promotional event material
• Dedicated booth at all 10 Cruise Nights events with the opportunity to distribute promotional material
• Logo on Village Electronic Message Boards throughout the 16-week promotional period
• Featured as the primary sponsor on the dedicated stage banner
• Reserved parking space for a promotional vehicle
• Right of first refusal for presenting sponsorship in 2024
• Includes all benefits established with the Corporate Sponsorship package

Kids Corner $2,500 Sponsorship Includes: 

• Featured as the 2023 Cruise Night's Kids Corner Sponsor(s) at all 10 events
• Retractable banner with your logo will be featured in Kids Corner area
• Distribute promotional material to families in Kids Corner area at all 10 events
• Includes all benefits established with the Corporate Sponsorship package
• Only two packages available

NOTE: The Kids Corner area is designated for families with children to participate and enjoy free activities, games, and/or crafts provided by the Village, contracted entertainers and community partners during the event. 

Corporate $1,000 Sponsorship Includes:

• Inclusion on event flyers and promotional material
• Included on all Village social media platforms
• Included on promotional event material
• Cruise Nights webpage 2nd most visited page on the Village website (more than 31,000 visitors in 2022) 
• Promotional business material distributed at "Welcome Back” Cruise Nights event
• Name displayed periodically on Village Electronic Message Boards throughout the 16-week promotional period
• Included on Village sponsor stage banner
• Dedicated in-person booth at Cruise Nights’ Grand Finale Event (highest attended seasonal event)

Submit an Application for Sponsorship

Private businesses seeking an opportunity to connect with the Lombard community and promote their business may submit an application for sponsorship. Cruise Night event sponsorship applications will be considered and approved in the order in which they are received.

In 2018, the Village of Lombard adopted a policy to permit and regulate sponsorships from private businesses for community programs and events. Consistent with that policy, the Village of Lombard accepts sponsorship applications for the Cruise Nights and Summer Concerts Series.
