Water/Sewer service needs to be established at least 3 days in advance of moving in. If there is no water service arranged in advance, you will need to contact Water/Sewer Billing at (630) 620-5920 to set-up the account and arrange to have water turned on.
To start new water and sewer service, the Village of Lombard offers a number of quick and convenient options.
Hard Copy: Mail the completed application to the Village Hall, 255 E. Wilson Ave., Lombard, IL 60148. Or, drop the completed application off at the front desk of the Village Hall or in the drop box that is located in the Village Hall parking lot next to the U.S. mailbox.
