Budget Information
The Village of Lombard budget process includes several public meetings throughout the prior fiscal year before it goes before the Village Board of Trustees for approval.

At the October 6, 2011 Board of Trustees meeting, the Village Board approved the transition of the Village’s fiscal year from June 1 through May 31 to a calendar year fiscal year. Therefore, the Village prepared two budget documents. One document was for the 7-month period from June 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012 (FY 2012-B) and the other document was for the Village’s initial calendar year fiscal year, January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.  The FY 2012-B budget document was approved by the Village Board on April 19, 2012.  The FY 2013 budget document was approved by the Village Board on December 6, 2012.

Preparation for the FY 2014 budget began in April, 2013.  Please see the FY 2014 budget calendar for public meeting dates.

The 2013 fiscal year (FY13) budget and 2013-2022 Capital Improvement Plan were adopted on December 6, 2012 by the Village Board of Trustees.  The Village of Lombard's FY 2013 fiscal year runs from January 1 through December 31, 2013.
