Capital Improvement Plan
2013-2022 Capital Improvement Plan
The Village of Lombard budget and capital improvement plan processes includes several public meetings throughout the prior fiscal year before it goes before the Village Board of Trustees for approval in November/December for the following calendar year.  Preparation for the 2014 fiscal year (FY14) budget and 2014-2023 capital improvement plan begins in April, 2013. 

The 2013 fiscal year (FY13) budget and 2013-2022 Capital Improvement Plan were adopted on December 6, 2012 by the Village Board of Trustees.  Beginning with FY 2013, the Village of Lombard's fiscal year runs on a calendar year from January 1 through December 31, 2013.
