Contractor Registration Application Requirements

  1. To register, the documents specified below must be submitted with a completed application.

  3. *All licenses must be from a testing municipality. Insurance Requirements: minimum $300,000 General Liability insurance. (The Village of Lombard does not need to be listed as additional insured or certificate holder unless the work being performed is in the Village's right of way). Low Voltage contractors are not required to produce a low voltage license.

  4. All Contractor Regisrations expire December 31st of the year issued. Half-year registrations are available on or after July 1 for the reduced fee of $37.50.
