The tour has been planned to share the World Series Trophy with Cubs fans throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest. The first 500 fans will receive a wristband to ensure their ability to see the trophy. Additional fans will be accommodated if time permits. (Please see below for more information.)

"We're excited to share our cherished trophy with fans this offseason, as we celebrate such a historic World Series Championship," said Cubs Chairman Tom Ricketts. "We can't wait for our fans to experience the joy of seeing this piece of history in person."

How many people will get to see the trophy?

The FIRST 500 fans will receive a wristband to guarantee their ability to see the trophy. Additional fans will be accommodated if time persists. Wristbands will be distributed to fans in line at approximately 8:30 a.m.

How do the wristbands work?

Each wristband = 1 photo. If you are by yourself, you will get 1 wristband that will allow you 1 photo with the trophy. If you are with a group, your group will get 1 wristband for 1 photo with the trophy.

What time will the trophy arrive?

The trophy is scheduled to arrive and be set up for viewing beginning at 10 a.m.

What time will the trophy leave?

The sponsor will remove the trophy promptly at 11:30 a.m., due to other obligations.

How many people are you expecting?

Crowds at similar trophy viewing events have been estimated at over 2,000. Please be aware of the time and your place in the line. There are a lot of Cubs fans, and the line will be very, very long. Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to see the trophy.

Where will the line be located?

An outdoor line will form on the Terrace overlooking the pond, just south of the Westin's main entrance. The line will shift south at Harry Caray's restaurant and will wind south toward the AMC Theatres.

Is there any line etiquette?

Please have your entire party wait with you to be fair to other Cubs fans. Once in line, please remain in line to ensure your place in line. Please be patient and courteous to your fellow Cub fans! Let’s make the Cubbies proud!

Are public restrooms available?

Port-o-let bathrooms are available near Harry Caray’s Restaurant. Please help keep this area clean and use garbage cans.

What do I do with my items?

Please keep all coats, chairs, blankets and other personal items with you at all times. The sponsor, the Westin, or the Village are NOT responsible for lost items.
