Extending Fall Colors in the Garden hosted by the Lombard Garden Club

Friday, September 22, 2017

Lombard Garden Club will be hosting a program that will explain the choices that can made to extend fall colors in gardens. Guests are welcome to attend this program and can make a reservation by calling 630-620-8938. There is no charge for this program.

The presenter is Ed Max, certified arborist, certified naturalist and head designer at Max's Greener Place. Max feels gardens in suburbia are sadly lacking in fall color and he suggests choices we can make in trees, shrubs and even late blooming perennials. With these new plantings, we can extend the colors of our landscapes well into fall.
