Register and Vote by Mail

To register by mail please provide copies of the above identification with your application and visit the DuPage County Election website for forms and information regarding Voter Registration.

Illinois recent passed legislation enabling voters to initiate the absentee voting process by applying online on the Election Commission's website.  The online application does not require the voter's signature and completely takes the place of the traditional hard copy application.  As soon as ballots are available (40 days prior to the election) a ballot and instructions will be mailed to the voters who have applied online on the Election Commission's website or submitted a completed hard copy application.
