Downtown Lombard

Lombard's Historic Downtown is home to a variety of shops, unique dining options and events throughout the year. Visit Cruise Nights on Saturday nights from June - August, featuring concerts and cruise cars, or the Lilac Time Art and Craft Fair in May, Spooktacular Fall Fest in October, and Jingle Bell Jubilee in December. 

Downtown Lombard is located along St. Charles Rd., near the intersection of Main and St. Charles.  Visitors can safely and easily connect to Downtown Lombard from Lombard's popular Lilacia Park with the newly constructed Metra Underpass Tunnel. The tunnel provides is handicapped accessibility and provides pedestrians the ability to connect between these two popular locations without having to worry about train traffic.

Lombard Metra Station

Visitor Parking and Map
Downtown Lombard offers a variety of parking options for visitors, and will be adding an additional 92 parking spaces with the addition of the new Hammerschmidt Parking Lot, scheduled for completion in 2016.

When visiting Downtown Lombard, please observe posted parking regulations. Downtown Lombard is home to many popular shops and restaurants, and will be welcoming more in the near future. To help accommodate the need for customers, drivers must adhere to parking regulations and violators are subject to ticketing.  

The majority of Downtown Lombard's customer parking is designated as 2-hour. All day parking is available after 11 a.m. in commuter lots for anyone wishing to park longer than 2 hours. 

*Overnight parking is not allowed in commuter lots.
