Police Pension Fund

The Lombard Police Department Sworn members pension fund is regulated by Illinois State Statutes.  The Lombard Police Department is classified as a Downstate Police Pension Fund System.  You can find out more about the Downstate Police Pension by clicking here.

The Police Pension fund is comprised of five members:
Two elected from the current sworn members, one from the retired member, and two appointed by the Village President.  All serve for two year terms at various intervals. 

The Pension Board Meets at a minimum of four times per calendar year.(January, April, July and October.)

January 9th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chief's Conference Room
April 17th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chief's Conference Room
July 17th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chief's Conference Room
Oct 16th, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chief's Conference Room
