The Customer Service / Licensing Division provides services and staffing of the Village Hall front desk and licensing program. 

Front Desk Functions

In addition, the Village Hall front desk staff can assist senior citizens and residents with disabilities in applying for RTA transportation program cards and is responsible for routing, directing and responding to customer inquiries concerning all Village services.
