The Village of Lombard and the Village of Glen Ellyn jointly own the Glenbard Wastewater Authority located on Bemis Road in Lombard.  The Village of Lombard also owns the Lombard Combined Sewage Treatment Facility that is operated by the Glenbard Wastewater Authority staff.  The Village of Lombard has approximately seven square miles of residential and commercial development tributary to the combined sewer overflow.  As part of the responsibility of owning the collection systems and wet weather flow treatment facility, the Village has developed this web page to notify the public of any untreated discharges of wastewater to the East Branch of the DuPage River.
