The Village Clerk is an elected official, serving a four-year term. It is the responsibility of the Clerk's Office to maintain all Village records, take Board Meeting minutes, provide voter registration services and coordinate local elections.

The Clerk's office is responsible for providing services and information to residents, staff and other agencies, and is also responsible for Freedom of Information requests and the Taxi Subsidy program.
