The Public Works Department provides services to residents concerning the public right-of-way and infrastructure.  Residents are more than welcome to request specific services, i.e. parkway tree trimming, as needed via the "Report a Concern" form.  Please choose a subject from the buttons on the left of this screen.  If you would rather make your report by phone, or the subject that you are reporting is of an urgent nature, please call (630) 620-5740.

The Public Works Department business hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, however, a Public Works employee is always on call. For situations that occur after-hours that require immediate attention, contact the Police Department at (630) 873-4400 and they will notify the Public Works on-call employee.
